Our Story
Ray and Robin met in 2017 and have been a dynamic duo ever since. Ray loves working with his hands while Robin can sit behind a computer and get things done. We couldn't let these skills go to waste, and so 10 Toes was born!

Robin is currently working towards her bachelors in Construction Management. She has worked in an administrative setting for 10+ years. Starting as a Business Development Center Agent, she has occupied the role of Estimating Assistant, Title Clerk, Office Manager, and Project Manager over the years. Robin is OSHA 30 certified and a Virginia Notary Public. Robin is an expert with Microsoft Office, great with QuickBooks, and types at 58 WPM. If there is anything that Robin can't do, she will figure it out!
Ray has been an Ironworker with the union for 13+ years. He has been apart of large structural projects such as The Museum of African American History in DC, Arthur Ashe Stadium in NY, and the DC United Stadium in DC. . Ray has his OSHA 30, Forklift, Scaffold, traffic flagger, and qualified rigger certifications. Not only does he know structural steel, he has experience as a helper with HVAC and drywall as well. Ray is not only strong and experienced, he is a hard worker with all the right tools to get things done!
